Embedded Webcam

I built a system that uses PIC32 to control sensors, USB and a cell phone.

I need to add a 1080p/720p 30 FPS webcam via a USB-HS interface. This is totally beyond the PIC32, so I need to upgrade to ARM.

I'd like to use Arch-Linux and either:
-ARM9 (AT91SAM9G25-CU, 400MHz)
-Cortex-A5 (ATSAMA5D31A-CU, 536MHz)

Will either processor be fast enough to capture 186MBPS / 82MBPS and store in flash?

If so, will they have enough resources left over to manage a 1KHz sensor, a USB-FS master, and a Bluetooth slave?

I'm totally new to ARM and would really appreciate feedback. Thank you.

Thanks but I need to build my own. The application has a major cost/size constraint, so adding a Pi Compute Module on a SoDimm is also out of the question.

I think I figured out the hardware - BOM & PCB layout. The main challenge now is getting started in Linux4SAM.
