I am trying to debug u-boot with SAM-ICE in Eclipse on a custom AT91SAM9x5 board. The debugging was starting and proceeding with SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT defined. Now I have undef this and want to program plla to adjust clock.
But as soon as I write plla register (single stepping), the system hangs. (Note that these settings work fine in AT91bootstrap).
My question is, Can we program PLL this way or any way to execute init code before debug session starts?
