Embedded Studio for AT91SAM9263

Sat Jan 20, 2018 11:16 pm

Hello. I'm new to AT91SAM's. I wanted to make a quick start so I decided to use Embedded Studio by Segger but I could't find how to create a project which supports AT91SAM9263. I think the Embedded Studio doesn't support the package for AT91SAM9263.

My questions are:

- Does Embedded Studio support AT91SAM9263?
-- If it doesn't, can I create a package for AT91SAM9263?
--- If I can't, which environment do you suggest me to easily create a simple running "Hello World" project for AT91SAM9263?

AFAIK, no.

I don't know what you're capable of.

Disregarding your conditional, there used to be Atmel Software Packages for IAR and GNU GCC toolchains.
But with the transition to the Microchip web site, the download links for the Software Packages for legacy devices seems to have disappeared, i.e. see Software Packages.
You'll have to contact Microchip tech support for the Software Package.

Thank you for your response. I found an IDE called Cross Studio which supports AT91SAM9263.

Greetings.
I am having then same problem (SEGGER) but with support for the AT91SAM9260 ARM processor.
I followed your lead and went to the Rowley Associates Cross Works web page and it looks like they support the AT91SAM9260 in their IDE development tools. Am I being correct with this?
Thanks for any reply.
