SAML21J18B cannot program flash memory

Hello everyone !

After making a prototype based on SAML21 board (SAML21J18B/WLCSP) I've encoutered a problem trying to program its flash (via SWD protocol using atmel-ice debugger).
I've been able to erase-chip, but when I try actually programming it I receive the following message :

ModuleName:   TCF command: Modules:writeToMemory failed.

Failed to write segment at 0x0 to target for memorytype base

When I dump the flash memory, I see that the first page (0x0 -> 0x40) has actually been written so I don't get why the tool sais that it couldn't write there.
I hope that some of you have some insight ( or any hint really ) on this type of issue.

Out of curiosity is one of the lock bits set and are you using the latest version of studio?
