ATSAMD20E14 Compile and Debug

Sat Dec 28, 2013 9:51 pm

Hello,
Has anyone successfully compiled and debug a program using the D20E14 on Atmel Studio (SP2)?

When I "Start Debugging and Break" it leaves me at a Disassembled memory location FFFFFFFFE "Memory out of bounds or read error". If I change my device to the D20 xplained pro, works fine. Doesn't matter what program I have or try, always same in Studio, even after complete uninstall and reinstall.

Thanks.

Just so anyone who reads this later has value, this is resolved. I heard back from Atmel who was able to reproduce the problem. To allow me to continue, all that was needed was to change the Properties-tool , programming settings to "Erase entire chip" and this allowed the debug to work properly.

Again hope this helps someone.
