SAM9G15 and ADC, PWM, I2C

Hi all.
Do you know any way to reach MCU's Peripheral directly?

In my project I need to work with I2C communication, ADC sample and PWM. What do i needed?
Give me some clue or keyword.

OS: Linux 2.6.35 Kernel + Android 2.3.5

Do I have to use NDK to reach some Kernel specific drivers? like i2c. Isn't there any way from eclipse+java to reach i2c or other driver?

I think a special HAL is need, then you can access the kernel through java stuff .

I spent almost 5 days to find a method or anything about this. But i wasn't able to find any useful thing. I don't understand that why Android4SAM? For just develop a mobile phone?

ı know i must research and write codes to do this. But i wasn't able to find any way.

I just use android for easily GUI design. I can already develop all may requirements with Ansı C and any IDE and Compiler.

In fact no i need any code example but method.
