I am running SAM-BA version 2.15. The board is AT91SAM7S256-EK and connected to the computer via USB. The computer is running Windows 7 64 bits on Intel processor.
After double clicking the "SAM-BA v2.15" desktop icon, I select the board model in the drop down and click connect. The window closes and nothing happens. No sam-ba application is running in the task manager, however the "ProcessExplorer" free ware indicates that it's still running. Thoughts anyone?
I have tried starting the SAM-BA from Windows powerShell and redirect the output with the following command: .\sam-ba.exe > C:\Windows\Temp\a.txt 2>&1. I get the following as output in the "a.txt" file:
-I- Waiting ...

My colleague tells me he never managed to make SAM-BA work on the "Intel(R) 8" USB version. It works fine on version 7.
