Hi.
Lets assume the following scenario:
1) I have an existing project build up from ASF example code using the "New Example Project" feature. At this moment my project only contains a minimum of ASF features.
2) Then, by some reason, I have to modify some details in some "ASF kernel files".
3) Later, I will add a new functionality (e.g: ADC), and I enter the ASF Wizard to add the new/relevant driver/component.
Q: Does the ASF Wizard overwite some of my previous modifications to "the already existing ASF kernel files" ?
best regards

Does ASF Wizard overwrite existing code ("kernel-files") ?

According to what I read in this app note, the answer is "no", unless you "re-install" the same component.
